Original oil painting of Vladimir Lenin former Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Soviet Union 1917-1924. This painting was often seen hung in government buildings and military posts, and prints hung in homes. While this portrait was produced many times over 50 years this early rendition shows a higher degree of detail than most.
