Jens Risom Style Two-tone Stepped Biomorphic Bent Plywood & Mahogany Side Table

Rare Mid-Century Modern side table features a biomorphic top in a rich walnut stain resting on contrasting bent oak plywood legs. The tabletop features 2 biomorphic kidney shapes table tops fixed together, forming an asymmetric shape and stepped design. This unique top rests on 4 bent plywood legs in a blonde finish.

The shape of the top and the style of the legs were clearly inspired by works from designers such as Alvar Aalto and Jens Risom.
